Colin Clyne & The Carrons will be performing at this years Americana Cavalcade Festival. This event is held at the Perth race course in Perth, Scotland on the 6th June 2015 (Gold cup weekend).
Should be a great day with performances also coming from Martin Stephenson, The New Madrid’s, Red Pine Timber Co & Vanity Fayre.

Delighted to announce that my song ‘Top Of The Mountain’ was named as a finalist in the adult contemporary category of the 2014 UK song writing contest. The judges marked it with a score of 9 out of 10. I also had 8 songs in the semi final and all were well received by the judges.
Although I didn’t win, it was a massive honour to be featured, congratulations to all the winners.

Scotland’s ‘voice of new music’; Jim Gellatly, did an article on yours truly and new album ‘The Never Ending Pageant’. He described it as a ‘…glorious selection of folk & country rock numbers…’.
