My new album ‘The Never Ending Pageant’ is finally finished. After recording the main bulk of the tracks last year at Analog Chew Studio in Santee, CA, I recently returned to California to mix and master it at the legendary Hyde Street studios in San Francisco.
Once again, my good friend, mentor and Grammy Award Winning Engineer Alan Sanderson was in the main production chair. There was also some additional work undertaken by world renowned Producer & Engineer Ken Allardyce at his studio in Nairn, Scotland.
At the moment I don’t have a release date set in the place as I work on a few things in the background before hand. I also hope to have a video teaser (from San Diego film maker Craig Rian) up on-line soon with regards to it. WATCH THIS SPACE!

Wednesday, November 6th, 2013On the 8th of December I’ll be opening the stage at the Lemon Tree in Aberdeen for acclaimed Scottish singer songwriter James Grant. Doors at 730pm, I’ll be playing a wee set sometime shortly after that.

Tuesday, February 5th, 2013Just a wee (or BIG actually) shout out to my friends over in Nashville, TN at Stone Owl Music. They (Ryan Poole) have been involved in my recent live EP ‘Doon Tae The Wid’ and also involved in capturing sound at various gigs and festivals over the last couple years for the Doricana tour DVD we are working on. I hope to have Ryan involved in the new album in some capactiy also! (talks are on). Recording starts April 2013 in San Diego, CA.
