I’m looking forward to performing at this years Tartan Heart Festival. I’ll be performing on The Free Range Acoustic Stage on the 29th of July at 3:45pm, you can’t beat a lovely mid afternoon gig under a boat….yes, the stage is an upturned boat, which after many years of being at Bella I’ve never noticed…..Where The Ships Go To Die anyone?
Belladrum truly is both mine and my family’s favourite Festival!
See you there
Colin
Colin’s new band The Broken Creels have released their debut single ‘Friend or Foe’ on the 7th April 2023. It hit number 1 on the UK iTunes Rock chart beating out some legendary acts to grab the top spot (Metallica, AC/DC, The Waterboys and Peter Gabriel).
Here’s a nice bit of press out of Scotland on it:
I’m delighted to announce I’ll be performing at this years Edinburgh Fringe Festival on the 20th August. This date was moved back from 2020.
Once again I am performing at the Acoustic Music Centre, however they have moved home from Dalry Road to the Ukrainian Centre in the City centre.

Thanks to The Press and Journal’s Scott Begbie for the excellent write up on my new single ‘Wishing Winter Away’, especially highlighting the wonderful involvement of Paul Anderson Scottish Fiddler on the project.
The article also highlights Aprils London (with Talentbanq) & Stonehaven (URBAN Project ZEE’S Stonehaven) gigs.
Thanks Colin
